The Star Bluff Architectural Committee is made up of volunteers from within the HOA, and meets as needed to ensure the standards set forth by the HOA are met and upheld to ensure a harmonious and complimentary in order to provide members an exclusive environment of the highest architectural standards.
Star Bluff Architectural Committee intends that all Improvements constructed within any Unit or otherwise within the Condominium Project be designed, developed, and constructed to be harmonious and complimentary so that the Condominium Project as improved constitutes and provides an exclusive environment of the highest architectural, construction, and aesthetic standards.
In order to accomplish this end, the Architectural Review Committee reserves the right to approve, disapprove, and otherwise pass upon the design, appearance, construction, and other attributes of any Improvement proposed to be constructed or maintained on any Unit, and no Improvement shall be permitted or allowed with respect to any Unit without the prior written approval of the Architectural Review Committee granted in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 5 and the other Condomi
